About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Campaign Strategist to develop, direct, and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that align with revenue and business goals for both Nook and our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment where you can own both strategy and execution, this role may be for you. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Craft and manage comprehensive marketing plans, including defining KPIs, developing campaigns, and assessing the viability of various channel strategies. 
  • Marketing Funnel Ownership: Oversee the marketing funnel for products, collaborating with internal and client teams to create smooth sales transitions and nurture leads effectively. 
  • Targeting & Segmentation: Develop segmentation strategies based on data and research, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience at the right time. 
  • Competitive Analysis & Campaign Execution: Conduct competitive analysis, implement strategic campaigns, and adjust tactics to meet growth objectives. 
  • Cross-Channel Campaign Management: Manage and execute email, social media, and other campaign elements within HubSpot, as well as oversee paid advertising and other primary marketing channels. 
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements for continuous optimization. 

Qualifications 

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing HubSpot campaigns. 
  • Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of proven success in managing marketing and branding initiatives, particularly in B2B environments. 
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot CRM, email marketing, social media, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and task management tools (e.g., Monday.com). 
  • Skills: Strong data-driven mindset, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to working with both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality or deadlines. 
  • Customer Service: Effective, tactful, and professional communication skills with both clients and peers.
