About the Role 

As a Growth Catalyst, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for identifying, nurturing, and growing key relationships and opportunities that drive revenue and enhance brand presence. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to unlock growth potential in both existing and new markets. This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic individual with a passion for relationship-building and a knack for identifying high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Development: Research, identify, and engage with potential clients and partners, creating opportunities for new business through thoughtful and strategic outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and client needs, using insights to drive strategic decision-making and adapt our growth strategy.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline lead handoff, support deal progression, and ensure high-impact communication with clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Own and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, regularly updating progress and forecasting outcomes for the leadership team.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador in every interaction, passionately representing our values and mission while establishing trust with potential clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining our outreach strategies, experimenting with new channels, tactics, and messaging to improve conversion rates and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience in B2B Sales (preferred within financial services or fintech). 
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. 
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to track leads and manage sales pipeline activities. 
  • Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation or sales targets. 
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain motivation in a remote environment.
