About Nook

Nook is a fast-growing marketing and data firm helping organizations optimize revenue operations, modernize marketing systems, and unlock the full value of the HubSpot platform. Our clients include credit unions, CUSOs, and B2B service organizations seeking scalable, efficient, data-driven growth.

We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to support both internal operations and client delivery. This role is RevOps-heavy, with light client interaction and a strong focus on internal enablement, systems rigor, and execution quality.

Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager owns the operational backbone of marketing and sales systems across internal initiatives and client engagements. You’ll work closely with internal strategists, sales leadership, and technical specialists to ensure HubSpot, workflows, and delivery operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

This exempt role is focused on strategic marketing operations, systems management, and internal enablement. You’ll support sales and go-to-market teams through clean data, scalable processes, automation, reporting, and tooling—bringing a high level of attention to detail, follow-through, and personal accountability to everything you manage.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Systems & Marketing Operations

  • Own day-to-day management of HubSpot for internal use, including contacts, lists, automation, forms, email, attribution, and governance.
  • Maintain data integrity through disciplined segmentation, UTM strategy, campaign naming conventions, and standardization.
  • Support client portal builds, audits, and optimization projects with precision and consistency.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage project plans, tasks, schedules, and documentation using HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work between strategists, technical experts, and execution specialists.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, in scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project templates, workflows, SOPs, and QA processes across delivery teams.
  • Own intake, prioritization, and sprint or weekly planning workflows for both client and internal initiatives.
  • Take full ownership of operational deliverables, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, organization, and follow-through with minimal oversight.

Sales Operations & Go-to-Market Enablement

  • Support sales efforts through list building, proposal support, and operational execution.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, pipeline hygiene, and reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with executive leadership to optimize lead generation workflows and outreach systems, ensuring systems are reliable, repeatable, and scalable.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, HubSpot management, RevOps, or client delivery roles.
  • Experience managing projects or teams using Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lifecycle strategy, segmentation, attribution, and CRM data management.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership over outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, managing expectations, and leading requirements discussions.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and multi-project management skills.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment that values initiative, precision, and continuous improvement.

We offer a collaborative, remote-first environment that emphasizes learning, trust, and accountability.

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Monthly health insurance reimbursement (subject to applicable laws and plan guidelines)
  • 401(k) savings plan with employer match
