New role expands Nook’s ability to build relationships with credit unions seeking to connect data and improve member engagement.
WAYZATA, Minn. October 16, 2026— Nook CUSO, Inc. has welcomed Stefanie Miller as Head of Business Development. Miller will help credit unions evaluate opportunities to improve their revenue operations (RevOps) technology stack, understand how Nook’s capabilities fit their goals, and find ways to get more value from their technology investments.
Miller’s appointment marks a new stage in Nook’s growth. Now in its third year of operation, the Minnesota-based CUSO is adding dedicated business development leadership to meet growing demand from credit unions. In this new role, Miller will help more credit unions discover how Nook can help them establish a more connected, effective member experience while deepening relationships with those Nook already serves.
Miller brings more than 15 years of experience in business development and operational strategy. She spent 11 years helping lead a national environmental consulting firm in Canada, where she launched a new practice that grew to account for half of the company’s revenue. She has since worked with founders and growing companies on partnerships, market development, and revenue strategy.
“Choosing a technology partner is about more than selecting a platform,” said Tiffany Niederwerfer, Co-Founder and President of Nook. “Stefanie has a natural ability to listen, ask the right questions, and understand what matters most. As we work with more credit unions and deepen our relationships with existing clients, she’ll help figure out what makes sense for them and see how we can help bring their vision to life.”
Miller said Nook’s product, team, and mission drew her to the role.
“Nook has the trifecta: a product with taste that solves a real problem, a team that knows credit unions, and a mission rooted in trust,” Miller said. “The timing was right, and I’m excited to help build what comes next alongside Austin, Tiffany, Mark and the team.”
